As an artist, do excuse any language in this that some people may see fit to be offensive. So the following should be rated for older teens and up. (Since older teens will use so much more than any bad language in the following easily in the school halls. I remember those days and know they haven’t changed, so you aren’t kidding anyone.) This is a little more than a week old for me now. But this is the die hard truth of what I am all about. My Oath.
I prefer to surround myself by good friends and good people.
I hurt when these good people are having bad times.
The same good people keep me out of some loop,
Don’t contact me or email me knowing they always can.
Or simply not returning a similar level of positive energy that I will pour forth.
But the greatest hurt of all is knowing life alone will draw us apart.
Daily living has us forgetting our most valuable quality traits.
The feeling of deaf ears, blind eyes,
Way too many people looking to break and destroy other people.
Not being loved for any of the right reasons.
Not knowing if a good friend is doing well.
Not knowing if there is a best friend to turn to.
Well screw this hurt for taking over our lives, our natures, and our souls.
THIS IS MY OATH TO EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU!!!!!
I will be on top of my good communication skills for your behalf.
Call you, text you, email you, just let me know.
I don’t care if your reply back to me is one word long.
That is one word more knowing you is indeed alive and well.
I will be there for you spiritually and emotionally.
I am born to be a shoulder to cry on.
A good friend with good hears and open mind to hear you out.
I will be subjective and considerate to your privacy.
I will be honest and open with you.
I will be there for you.
In due time, I will hire you if you need work.
Show you ways to be a better person.
I will cancel my plans to make sure you alone are alright.
Invite you to lunch or dinner if you are hungry.
Take a healthy walk with you to help clear your head.
Be someone you can always trust,
And never, ever destroy that trust.
I am tired of society, modern life, and reality burning away our lives.
Stealing our souls and destroying our true and real meaning to each other.
I won’t care about the politics.
I won’t care about religion, sexual preference, criminal past,
And anything and everything that is misguided labeling.
I will be there for you.
I don’t care how much debt any of us have.
I will be there for you.
I don’t care if 50 of us end up living underneath one roof.
I will be there for you.
I don’t care if I have to walk everywhere rather than drive.
I will be there for you.
I will give you that car ride.
I will give you that needed time of day.
I will give you my own time, my own thoughts, my own energy,
You are always welcome to ask for my love.
To keep you human and sane.
I control my thoughts and destiny.
Not money, not any number, not any extreme belief,
Not any relationship good or bad, not any attitude or ego,
Not any negative way of life.
I am born to be there for every one of you thick and thin.
I say life is fair and I also say fuck you for making
Life unfair.
The underlining evils have torn us apart in way too many ways.
I know deep inside this has become the truth.
All the money in the world,
All the education in the world,
All the freedom in the world,
Can not match the fact your spirit is a part of my own wealth and value.
