Justice for All.
I want to first start out by saying a thank you for a large viewing of my article for honoring James Woodard. I was surprise to see it got a lot of views in comparison to what my normal stats seem to be. I want to use this article to continuing the support of a stronger and more understanding justice system in knowing the difference between those who need to serve justice for a healing process and the stereotypical harden criminals. Not to mention those behind bars who either did not commit the crime, or did not have the resources to prove their innocence, similar to James Woodard and his case scenario.
We cannot demand justice out of hatred without knowing all the facts. I find how interesting it is to see the view of those who has that shoe on the other foot and knowing what sayings like, “where is the justice in this world,” does mean. It can become ending the human race itself, just in the name of justice. I’m recalling a CSPAN report where they were talking about how an ambassador from France, I believe, came over here and analyze our government system. Mentioning that with our Executive branch and Legislative branch; these can become fixed through voting or having someone step down, but our Judicial branch holds such a weight to it, that it has to maintain a strong sense of order, which can lead up to and preventing even civil war.
I may not envy today’s modern justice system and the work they have cut out for them, but I honor and respect their existence and what they mean to our daily living. Corruption will affect all elements in life. Money, religion, sex, daily living, relationships, etc, nothing is safe when it comes to the corrupt. The justice system becoming fragile or broken down will decimate this country, and no one can afford that.
I’ve already wrote some articles about understanding the many levels of criminal type people there are. From the stereotypical and the uneducated, to the ignorant and just being stupid, and to those who are not guilty or suffer from mental disorder or just could not afford their freedom. The spectrum of those behind bars is that wide and diverse, it needs an open mind of understanding to help resolve. There are plenty of those who rather remain ex offenders and ex felons and never see the likes of behind prison wall again. One recommendation of doing this is allowing any former criminal to be allowed aptitude type test so they can prove they care to be functioning members of society.
There is also a lot that our justice system needs to keep in mind and consider as well. Such as not sacrificing peoples constitutional rights for any reason, especially reasons of hate. Granted there are a lot of heighten wrong crimes that have happened out there. But not every crime is on those terms. The toughest part is that every crime needs to be weighed upon the individual and every individual basis. In a world far from imperfection, it helps to not fuel fires already burning and need better maintaining, if not extinguishing, for a metaphoric overview of what is going on.
Always do right. No matter who you are, what you did or did not do, always do right. James Woodard stuck to his values. He is a better man than most. With our justice system doing a lot of plea bargaining, a lot of jockeying for position, relying on votes or popularity, these things can threaten probably our most important branch of government yet. I know one top question in mine deals with our amendment to excessive bail. Simply put, what is considered excessive bail these days? I hear bail amounts here and there of what most people can’t even make in 5 years let alone one time sum like they have. Even the price tags of lawyers and court cost need to be a concern for those involved.
I know with our economy like it is, high gas prices, and all that is going up but people’s pay checks, the sense of endangerment can only grow. Freedom isn’t free. A lot of blood, sweat, tears, and sacrifice went into making this country what it is today. This is the main reason why I grow to despise any kind of hatred or lack of gratitude to anything that exist. Everyone’s life is a blessing, treating it like a curse only insults those whom paved the way to make life what it is today. That may just be my opinion, but I’m thankful to be able to even have such an opinion.
So to all those who are wronged, in the wrong, victims, victimizers, misguided, mistreated, lied to, not understanding, misunderstood, or just wrong place and wrong time; I do fight for your own rights and humanity to be preserved by aiding in understanding where you came from to begin with. Not every soldier out there needs to wield a gun or be on a front line of a war zone. Some soldiers need to fight on the domestic and peaceful front as well.
Even better understanding human sexuality and learning to separate the oppress and the discriminatory from the actual crimes is in strong need. Thus why I continue to do these blogs.
To the soldiers who defend our country, to our FBI, CIA, all those in the Justice system, all officers, detectives, and all those involved in healing those to keep them out of the prison system. Thank You. I believe we all underestimate what it means to keep fighting the good fight in all walks of life and what every one of these people mean to our country and our freedom.
