The Rift in Human Sexuality and Sex Offense.
There are always two sides to every story. Human sexuality is no exception to this rule. It may be treated as such, but from everything that I observed so far, experience, and even all the stories that I’ve heard; I ponder if we truly know the difference in where we draw the lines and do we truly know the right from the wrong when it comes to sex and our own society?
If anything has ever been torn beyond recognizing being sundered by our perception reality and by evil itself, human sexuality is definitely one of those things in life. I’ll try to not make this an impossible long blog, which is already book size in my mind already just with this topic beginning. I’ll quick list things to look out for and to know on a fact basis.
Human sexuality is going to apply to all. It is a fundamental drive, in the list of thirst, hunger, protection, and sexuality. Thus as long as you eat, drink, have a roof over your head, clothing on your back, and a healthy relationship with others. You have everything you need.
We need to caution ourselves from making our views on sex a weapon of mass destruction, as in creating uncontrolled insanity by constantly attacking ourselves and others with this fundamental need in our lives.
Humans are still mammals, still animals, given the gift of reasoning. Rather by god or what ever your belief is in the spiritual energy, we are the animal on this planet given the gift of reasoning. Yes, it is a little too true. We all have been very unreasonable as of late. It is important to point this out, because it is the tool and weapon to use in order to help end sex offense that does go on way too much these days.
No one ever deserves to be raped, molested, abused, or victimize with sex. At the same time, we cannot consider everything with sex to fit constantly 100% into these categories either. Just like driving a vehicle, you have an ownership and responsibility with your own sex drive. While one person is very capable of being abstinence and just await until marriage for all the right reasons, other people prefer to be sexually liberated, open and free. Where no means no, it is just as equally important to not oppress those who choose to be yes with wanting sex. It’s just tougher to see this angle.
Fear, hate, and paranoia are truly bad habits in our society and world. Everyone (including me) really needs to work on replacing all this fear and paranoia and hate with focus, understanding, and determination. Most importantly, be enforcing and even rewarding with respect.
I never care to see anyone hurt by sex. (Never hurt period actually, but I’m concentrating on the human sexuality side of this overall problem.) I realize there is just as much of an importance to not attack and oppress those who have slipped and fell into the realm of sex offender. Not every sex offender wants to or cares to re offend. There are too many levels and variety of sex offenses out there to group anything together. I think the way we all even draw lines and make laws can be a bit shady as well, and needs great care to attend to.
I also care to not see human sexuality to be used as acts of terrorism or even used to be job security measures for other people. From knowing our own countries history to the hype and maybe even popularity of what we all hear on the media, either news or talk show, sex is a weapon being use to destroy life. I heard that the average length of a male orgasm is 7 seconds. For 7 seconds of pleasure, we all sure as hell blew the beauty and good nature that is sex all out of proportion. While not caring to even try to prove in the court of law that sex is used for terrorism or profit (the non escort or prostitution type), there is still a whole lot of other factors to keep in mind.
Eighteen years of age may be a good measuring stick for law, but is not absolute and even should be caution that protection does not over extend itself into being oppression. Where curiosity kills the cat, you do have teens out there who believe that what adults view and see sex, at least all the negative aspects, is just a plain blatant lie, and to a degree, they are even correct. Problem is they end up growing up with our modern corruption in mind, and end up losing down the road for the same lack of ownership or responsibility.
There is definitely a lot to consider when it comes to wanting to put and end to a bad era of our lives. Even as something as just the vocabulary terms chosen to describe something can create problems beyond measure. While the fires were not started by us, or the dominoes have been falling, we can at the very least help put an end to what has been raging inside society when it comes to sex in our society.
I believe we all allowed sex to be something it has no business becoming. Someone should help pick up the mess and pieces. This is why I believe it is important to be aware, and then help prevent slipping into bad or illegal behavior patterns. United, you can see an end to sex offense crimes. It will take a strong will power to recognize such a magnitude this problem has already become. A rift now exist that has separated sex from being beautify and fabulous, to being this evil beast of an animal. Now is a good as a time as any to put an end to what plagues everyone so.
